3+ years of experience in BA activities, Functional Testing, Experience in Content Management Systems

  [Responsibilities and Duties]:

• Understand business requirements, prepare functional specification documentation and align with Product Owner

• Explain functionality to Developers and QAs and review test deliverables to ensure it is aligned to approve features during SDLC (reduce functional issues)

• Drive and actively participate in functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders, publish meeting notes/reports

• Responsible for functional testing and guide QA members, prepare and review SIT/UAT Scenarios

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

• Providing user training to business users and business process training to junior staff, and technical team.

• Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment and under pressure

• Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Business Analyst & Functional Testing who can support business on CR’s, POC’s and incidents.

   

  [Primary Skills / Must Have]:

• At least 4+ yrs. relevant experience working as BA in Web Based Applications (especially marketing /eCommerce applications like B2B or B2C)

• Exposure of working in project that involve Content Management System tools like AEM, WordPress and Product Information management tools like Spider, STIBO

• Functional Testing experience (manual), and related documentation/reporting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in an SCRUM / Agile environment and usage of JIRA / ROD ticket tracking tools
