About the Role

Jira Configuration Migration
 Develop the general criteria to be applied for Jira Template/Configuration selection by teams.
 Develop the detailed documentation for Jira Support Team to be able to Migrate a Jira Project to the selected Template/Configuration
 Develop change management (communication and training) materials to ensure right adoption.
 Run a couple of pilot migrations to test and learn before launching global deployment.
 Build a global deployment roadmap according to business needs and available resources.
 Lead each Business migration execution, coordinating all involved teams and stakeholders.
 Deliver training sessions to teams migrated.
 Build and maintain a tracker to show migration progress, risks, and impediments.
 Zephyr scale, Zephyr squad, to X-ray migration hands on experience.
 They are understanding the scripting to modification of the files according to Xray plugin.
 And they aware of Jira-to-Jira migration.
