About the Role

Qualifications & Certifications
1. B.Sc Computer Science Graduate or Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
2. Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, either specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University.
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
General
1. Minimum 3+ year of Techno – Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
2. Knowledge in Hire to Retire business process. Exposure to following modules (atleast 2) – Global HR / Talent / Absences
3. Should have completed atleast 1 implementation in Fusion HCM WFA/Global HR module.
4. Experience of working through Agile methodology
5. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
6. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
7. Willingness to learn new products and processes
Functional Competencies
1. Functional Expertise on HCM Fusion WFA module - includes Configuration & Setups
2. Functional knowledge on other HCM modules is highly preferred
3. Experience in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage
4. Consulting skills to perform Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall,
Technical Competencies
1. Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow
2. Working experience in debuging technical issues
3. Experience in managing and resolving issues over Oracle SR

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. As a consultant, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects
2. Resolve technical / config issues
3. Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets
4. Perform testing & follow processes for Release Upgrades & Deployments
5. Participate in Agile Scrum calls to provide updates
6. Learn, understand & assess release content document for upgrade
7. Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
