About the Role

Qualifications & Certifications
1. Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDBM
2. Certification in any Oracle Taleo Recruitment, either specialist or Implementor level certification.
3. ICIMS Product Certification (Recruitment) – preferred
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
General
1. 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition applications such as Oracle Taleo, ICIMS Recruitment, Preboarding processes.
2. Subject matter expertise in Recruitment Lifecycle processes.
3. Should have completed atleast 1 implementation Taleo Recruitment / ICIMS Recruitment, Preboarding processes.
4. Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in Taleo Transition and Recruitment / ICIMS Recruitment, Preboarding processes.
5. Atleast 2 years of experience in working through Agile Project Management model
6. Solid creative and analytical skills
7. Should be a go-getter and strong collaborative mindset
8. Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
9. Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
10. Willingness to learn new products and processes

Functional
1. Strong working knowledge in configurations and functionalities in Taleo Transition (Onboarding & offboarding), Taleo Recruitment / ICIMS Recruitment
2. Expertise in handling complex customizations / personalization at application level
3. Hands on experience in setting up Approval flows
4. Strong in consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, release management.
5. Preparing BRD, Process guides and User guides.
Technical/Project Management
1. Should have atleast 2 years of experience in data loading tools
2. Expertise in TCC configurations
3. Solid work experience in setting up Interfaces with third party systems
4. Expertise in OBI Reporting for Taleo
5. Hands on experience in webservices / API security protocols
6. Exposure to Cloud architecture
7. Intermediation level SQL programming background
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Do L3 Support to resolve tickets / incidents
2. Work towards designing and configuring solutions via CHRs & Projects
3. Do Impact assessment within application landscape and with 3rd party applications
4. Participate in testing activities for Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation
5. Contribute towards change management activities
6. Participate in Agile Scrum calls as configuration expert to provide updates
7. Learn and understand new products’
8. Prepare FQA documents, Root Cause Analysis document, Functional Design documents
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)
1. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
2. Exposure to any leading RPA tool
3. Knowledge on AI / ML concepts
Shift Timings
This is a Global Project spanning several countries in various time zone. Depending on the need the requirement would be to work in different time zones including US time zones.
